When the council meets
Bi-monthly, usually the first Monday at 7:30pm in the North Aisle community area of Hankerton Church. The Annual Village Meeting is on 11 May 2026.
Every meeting has time set aside for residents to speak. Notice of the meeting and the business to be discussed goes up at least three clear days beforehand, as the Local Government Act requires, and minutes are published here once the council has approved them.

Coming to a meeting
Meetings are open to everyone living in the parish. You do not need to book, and you are welcome to simply sit and listen. If you would like to raise something, it helps the clerk to know in advance so it can be put on the agenda.
